About Tracey

I've lived in Wales with my loving husband Ian and four growing children for over 18 years now. I'm originally from New Zealand, but I now happily calls Dolgellau home. We family live in a beautiful farmhouse on a small farm nestled in the foothills of Cader Idris.

I'm a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)Acupuncturist,  giving relief to many clients with differing ailments and injuries. Assessing human illnesses from a TCM viewpoint gives fresh insight into peoples problems and enables me to get to the root problem and move towards a cure.

As a qualified medical herbalist I have been successfully treating clients for 19 years. I studied extensively for 4 years to obtain New Zealand's highest ranking herbal qualification at the time, a Diploma in Herbal Medicine with honours. My qualification involved substantial study of Anatomy and Physiology, Diagnostics, Materia Medica, Herbal Therapeutics, Clinical Practice, Herbal Medicine Manufacturing, Botany, Pharmacology, Nutritional Biochemistry & Nutritional Research and much more. I love everything herbal, and that includes gardening in any spare time I gets.

My massage skills are acquired from 4 different techniques; Tui Na (Acupressure), Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology and Relaxation. I've studied and gained qualifications in these four types of massage and they come together to form a thorough and well balanced therapy.

I'm fondly known for my comprehensive remedial massage techniques and I very much enjoy giving relief and relaxation to my clients in the calm and warm atmosphere of my private clinic.

I started my healing journey with Reiki over 22 years ago and have since become an accomplished Reiki Master and Spiritual Intuitive Healer with much experience and success.  Meditation is a favoured devotion of mine and I enjoy lengthy conversations with other practitioners worldwide about the subject of Intuitive Healing.

I've spent decades becoming familiar with Tarot reading, Clairvoyance and Spiritual Philosophy and have recently started offering public sittings for these.

When I'm not in my clinic, I can usually be found walking in the Welsh hills with my husband and dogs, collecting wild herbs, doing yoga and most of all spending quality time with my beautiful family.
